SCOPE OF WORK

Irrigation: complete permanent and temporary irrigation systems, controls, piping, valves, heads, sleeves, testing, startup and owner training.

SEPARATE ALTERNATES

Bidders shall separately price: (A) SWPPP preparation, controls and inspections; (B) erosion-control  installation and maintenance; (C) construction-material and geotechnical testing; (D) site lighting, electrical power, conduit, wiring and controls; (E) utility extensions and connections; (F) LUE, tap and other utility fees; and (G) payment and performance bonds. BID BREAKDOWN AND COMPLETION

Provide an itemized schedule of values matching the categories above, proposed subcontractors, allowances, exclusions, alternates, mobilization date and calendar-day duration. The anticipated construction period is approximately two months, subject to weather, material availability and approved scope changes.
