Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, Florence Eva Wright Flanagan passed peacefully to our Lord Friday, January 20, 2023. She was born to Eva Lucila Parsons and Alexander T. Wright on November 7, 1923, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Florence was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 64 years, William F. Flanagan. Survivors are children Linda Eckert (husband Bill) of Georgetown, and William D. Flanagan (wife Kristin) of Houston; grandchildren Jeff Eckert (wife Michelle) of Kingwood and Ryan Eckert (wife Briseyda) of Georgetown; great-grandchildren Logan and Hannah Eckert, Kingwood, and Rubí Eckert, Georgetown. Services handled by Rosewood Funeral Home, Humble. Viewing from 5 - 8 p.m., Monday, January 30, 2023, rosary at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Martha Holy Family Chapel in Kingwood 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, January 31, 2023.
