Joseph Navarro Rangel, age 89, of Georgetown, Texas, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at home. Visitation will be held at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel in Georgetown, Texas, from 4pm until 8pm, with the Rosary beginning at 6pm, on Tuesday, February 10th. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00am, Wednesday, February 11th at St. Helen’s Catholic Church in Georgetown, Texas. A Celebration of Life will follow the Mass at Schnell Hall in Hutto, Texas.
