Stone Oak Ranch RV Resort’s new owners seek to expand

The Stone Oak Ranch RV Resort in far western Georgetown will be expanded to 424 spaces, and will add new amenities like a beer garden and an additional pool. Stone Oak Ranch RV Resort originally opened in October 2020 at 25101 Ronald Reagan Boulevard.

Williamson County Commissioners approves 84-acre plat in Weir

Williamson County Commissioners Court on August 8 approved the final plat for an 83.86-acre subdivision located on County Road 153 to County Road 156 near Weir.    According to the plat plan, the project will consist of 25 lots of estate residences. Each plot of land averages out to 3.35 acres.

Wolf Ranch 3D printed homes open to the public Saturday

The first of the 3D printed homes built by ICON and Lennar in Georgetown will be made available for public viewing on Saturday, July 22, with a welcome event from 11 a.m to 3 p.m. The neighborhood is located south of Highway 29 on the northside of Wolf Ranch Parkway at Legends Lane.

Liberty Hill City Council discusses concept for 157-acre mixed-use project

Liberty Hill City Council was presented a conceptual plan Wednesday, July 12, for a 157-acre property that sits on the east side of the city on 1291 Farm to Market Road 1869. Representatives from Aspender Reality spoke about the proposed project.

Pulte eyes almost 2,000 residential units for community in Northwest Georgetown

The developer behind Sun City — Pulte Group — wants to develop 840 acres north of Ronald Reagan Boulevard and west of State Highway 195 into a mixed-use residential project targeted at empty nesters.

Census again names Georgetown fastest growing city in the country

Georgetown has been named the fastest growing city in the country for the second year in a row. The city came out on top of the U.S. Census Bureau’s list of fastest growing communities with populations of more than 50,000.
