Jittra Abraham

Jittra Abraham died peacefully on September 18, 2026, in Georgetown, Texas.

Born on April 10, 1944, in Bangkok, Thailand, Jittra moved to the United States at age 28 with her husband, Col. Jack Abraham, leaving her family in Thailand to begin a new chapter of her life. Together, they shared 50 years of marriage.

Jack and Jittra were longtime members of Georgetown Country Club, where they enjoyed more than 30 years of golf, formed lasting friendships, and volunteered their time. Jittra was also a dedicated volunteer and generous member of the club’s Women’s Golf Association (WGA).

Jittra was a world traveler and a gifted artist who painted beautiful landscapes. When she wasn’t traveling or painting, she could often be found on the tennis court or golf course. A competitive and accomplished athlete, she won several championships in tennis and golf and earned a black belt in taekwondo. Her many friends knew both her competitive spirit and her kind, loving heart.

Jittra was preceded in death by her parents, Keian and Siri Srisuk; her husband, Col. Jack Abraham; and her siblings, Thawee Sri Suk and Phirom Testum. She is survived by her sister, Sara Kowal; her stepson, Bob Abraham, and his wife, Tenna Abraham; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Jittra will be deeply missed by her family and the many friends whose lives she touched.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on October 17, 2026 at Ramsey Funeral Home, 5600 Williams Drive, Georgetown, Texas. A reception will follow.
