Samantha Ann Russell Rose

1972-2024: Samantha Ann Russell Rose, 51, Roeland Park, Kansas, passed away Monday, February 26, 2024.  She was born July 17, 1972, in Beacon, New York, to Roland and Janet (Reeve) Russell.

Alice Mable Johns (Sparks)

Alice Mable Johns (Sparks) was born on September 29, 1937 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She passed away peacefully on the morning of Thursday, February 22, 2024, at the age of 86 surrounded by her loved ones. Alice moved to Texas at a young age where she met her husband Eugene “Red” Johns.

Suzy Millar Miller

Suzy Millar Miller, 75, of Georgetown, Texas, passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at a hospital in Austin, Texas. She was the beloved wife of Chuck, and loving mother of Julie Ann and Carl “CC” Clinton Millar. Suzy retired from IBM as an auditor and technical writer.

Genevieve Eleanor Johnson

Genevieve (Jeri) Eleanor Johnson, age 102, was born in Toronto, Canada on February 7, 1922.  She was the first female Royal Canadian mounted police-woman and was sworn in during World War II. Her favorite destinations were Las Vegas, Florida and Hawaii.

Jerry Cotter

Jerry Cotter was born May 28, 1931, in Chicago to Jeremiah and Frances Cotter. He is preceded in death by brothers George and Bob and sister Georgene. J erry was 92 years old and passed away peacefully on February 13, 2024, in Austin, Texas, with family members at his side.

Robert Lee Albers

Robert Lee Albers entered the church triumphant peacefully on February 22, 2024, at Georgetown Living Memory Care with family by his side. Bob was born June 17, 1945, in Aplington, Iowa, the third child of Fritz Albers and Alice (Franken) Albers. He was raised on a dairy farm in Wellsburg, Iowa.

David Scrafford Waters

A great “dad joke” writer has left us too soon. David Scrafford Waters entered eternal life February 25, 2024, after a hard-fought battle from complications due to his recent cancer surgery.   Dave was born in January 1949 in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, to Henry and Margaret Waters.

Albert Monroe Provence, Jr.

Albert Monroe Provence, Jr., a man of boundless curiosity, adventurous spirit, and unwavering determination, passed away on February 8, 2024, at the age of 88.

Deanna Jean Shrum Burns

Deanna Jean Shrum Burns, 85, died peacefully on February 14, 2024, in Round Rock, Texas. She was the loving wife of Coy Dean Burns of Georgetown Texas for 68 years. She was born on November 6, 1938, in Salem Oregon.
